Oakwood Transport is committed to providing a barrier-free environment for all persons accessing our services and facilities. We will regularly consult with our workers and customers to identify, remove and prevent barriers. If a barrier can not be reasonable removed or avoided, our staff will provide alternative methods to provide our services. These methods will be in consultation with the person who is having difficulty accessing the service or facility. All new and existing staff will be provided ongoing training. If a person is faced with a barrier which restricts the access of our services or facility, they are encouraged to phone or message the administrative office for assistance.
