ANNOUNCEMENT


We are pleased to announce that effective Friday, May 28th, 2010, Ulch Transport Limited of St. Marys, Ontario has acquired the Reefer/Van division of Oakwood Transport in its entirety.


We believe this transaction is an excellent opportunity for both companies, allowing Ulch Transport to expand its service offerings and permitting Oakwood Transport to concentrate on the further expansion of our two larger Intermodal and Automotive Relocation divisions.   With both companies being second generation family owned transportation companies, the organizational and cultural fit is exceptional.
